RETURNS POLICY
Should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase from Liza Hennessy™ company, send it back to us for exchange or refund. Returns will be accepted within 14 days from date of receipt. They should be in pristine, saleable condition, accompanied by the packing slip indicating the reason for your return. For your protection, wrap your return securely. We suggest sending the item via UPS or US Mail, insured with the return receipt requested. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Sorry, monogrammed and custom items are non-returnable.
